Jillian's Summer Favorites

Collage of Jillian's Favorites

Read on as Jillian, Founder & Designer, shares her summertime essentials

1. I’m more about skincare than makeup these days. I’ve been loving Plump Jelly by Moon Juice and Furtuna’s Biophase Moisturizing Oil. I just got sucked into a Typology ad for their Tinted Serum… I’m excited to try it!

2. I love birding. It’s my secret passion on every trip we take. There is something so peaceful about watching and listening to birds. I actually want to join a birding club… anyway, I’m excited for this read.

3. I have a wider face so I love big, vintage sunglasses. I usually find them in Palm Springs and my two favorites are @vintageeyewearguy and @cabanaeyewear.

4. Munthe Silk Arum Pants are so easy to wear. Lightweight, elevated and the best part is the elastic waist band! There are multiple colors and pattern options. I pack a pair or two on every vacation and end up wearing them the most.

5. My favorite scent to wear right now is Bal d’Afrique by Byredo. It’s a genderless scent that is floral with a rich Moroccan cedarwood base note. I love that it is a more complex fragrance than what you might think of for a summer fragrance.

6. I wear the Rose Signet most days. It’s a good one to wear poolside, because it's an easy-to-wear solid gold statement ring that is easy to clean off sunscreen and lotion. The new Everyday Dome Ring is top of my current wishlist. It will be a good one to wear in lieu of my engagement ring when heading to the beach and wanting to leave any precious gems at home. (But I also love the idea of stacking a white and yellow gold dome on the pointer, so decisions, decisions).

7. I’ve been listening to Chappell Roan on repeat all summer. I’ve also been listening to Eckart Tolle’spodcast, Essential Teachings. It feels like a continuation of the Power of Now which is probably my favorite book.
